What is Coaching

Coaching is a way for you to have support in working through whatever is on your mind, such as a challenge, decision or a particular goal you wish to accomplish. This could be the same topic over several weeks or it maybe a new topic each time we meet. Coaching provides the physical and mental space to assist you to activate your own solutions.

My Role As Your Coach

As your coach, my job is not to tell you what to do. Instead, as a neutral observer it is my role to help you to explore the situation in depth so that you feel empowered to move forward. Throughout the whole process you are in complete control. All I ask is that you commit fully even if you sometimes feel challenged by what I say. In return, I promise to provide a tranquil, confidential and supportive environment where you can express yourself fully.
