About Me

I am at my happiest when I am connecting with people and I believe it is this that helped me fall in love with hospitality. I started waiting tables at 16 in a road side cafe a few minutes from my home in rural England, and knew then this was the industry I wanted to be in. Since then my career and life has taken me from Restaurant GM in the UK to Operations Training Manager in Dubai and Training Development Manager in Hong Kong. This has given me the opportunity to work with restaurant teams in 17 countries and gain first hand knowledge of how these transitions can be both a challenge and a joy!

Whilst living and working in Hong Kong in 2019 I decided to formalise the coaching skills I had been utilising as part of my roles and commence my journey to becoming a Certified Professional Coach with training from the International Coaching Academy.  This all coincided with another international move (during the Pandemic!) to the USA and then taking the decision to set up my own coaching business. Whilst I may no longer be at the front end of the hustle and bustle of restaurant life, I am delighted to connect with and support amazing women like you who work in hospitality to achieve the lives and careers that you envisage. 

 

I love self development and growth, own far too many books, and way too many downloaded podcasts than there are hours in the day! I have big Leo hair and a bigger heart and always thought I was a cat person until I met my rescue pup Buddy (heart well and truly stolen).  Oh and I have always secretly dreamed of owning a Deli/Wine Shop or a Bed and Breakfast in Tuscany.
